What are the times for Music in the Meadow?
The gates will open for admission from 5pm with the first performances beginning at 6pm. The event is scheduled to end at 10:30 pm. Ambient lighting will be limited after sunset so visitors might wish to bring a torch to light their way out.
Is parking available?
Free parking on Grange Meadow is available on a first come first served basis.
Is seating provided?
Seating is not generally available but all are free to bring their own folding seats and/or picnic mats.
What are the age entry requirements?
Tickets are available for juniors from 5 to 15, when accompanied by an adult, and adult tickets from 16 upwards. Infants under 5 (with a responsible adult!) are admitted free
How can we access the venue?
Whether by foot or car use the main entrance to Grange Meadow from the Godstone Road (A25) directly opposite the Bletchingley Arms..
Will food and drink be available?
The Pavilion bar will serve alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks along with some snacks. There will also be a hot food stall, including vegetarian options, provided by COGS Lions and an ice cream vendor. Food stalls do not have card payment options currently so please bring some cash.
Can own picnics be brought into the venue?
Picnicking is available but we ask, for safety reasons, that you do not bring glass or cans into the venue.
Are toilet facilities available?
Toilets, along with disabled facilities, are available in the Pavilion block.
What litter collection facilities are provided?
Rubbish bins will be placed around the venue. Please use these for your litter or take it home with you.
What ticket types are available?
As well as single adult and junior tickets, family bundle (2 adults and 2 juniors) are available along with Carer concessions (one carer goes free when accompanying one dependent ticket holder) and larger group ticket bundles.
Can tickets be purchased on the day?
Unless pre-sold, and numbers are very limited, tickets may be made available on the day but the only way to guarantee your admission is to book online as early as possible.
